Diagnostic interviews are advisable prior to the workshop in cases of known team under-performance. Team members’ Preferred Thinking Styles, Team-role Preferences, and Myers Briggs (MBTI) Types can be assessed prior to the workshop to check for potential causes of teamwork issues. The event can be part training (improving Clear Thinking skills), part workshop (applying Clear Thinking to specific goals, problems, etc) and part teamwork development (assessing and improving Teamworking). |
